Anemones - yes, it is one of those odd words, but once you know how to spell it you always can! :) Lovely photo Jan - I haven't seen any of those yet, but then I haven't been out much on walks, lol, I NEED a dog!!!!!

Your mothers flower's are beautiful Ellana.

Is the purple one an orchid or an iris? Also what were the white flowers? Whitebells? Wild garlic?

Lovely flowers Ellana - the purple one is an iris, I'm not sure about the white one but I did think of wild garlic when I saw it - it could even be an early white blue bell - very pretty all the same though :)
